UK CUSTOMERS
We are more than happy to offer you a refund as long as we receive within 14days of the day it was shipped out to you.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returns.

Please remember to obtain and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
Your refund will be processed within 20 days. We will refund your credit/debit card as soon as your return has been checked and at then latest within 20 days from the receipt of your return notification.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Unfortunately we are only able to offer a refund. We do not offer an exchange service. If you need a new size/ colour you will need to purchase a new online order.
We do not cover the return cost for customers.
Once we receive your exchange returns we will send you an email to confirm your goods have been safely received. Please allow up to 20days for your refund to be processed.
